The strength of the CC Pool System is that the CC Container is exchangeable between customers and users. Unfortunately, this also creates opportunities for misuse leading to situations where users have more CC items in use than on contract. To keep the Pool system fair and protect it from misusers and the illegal introduction of fake containers, it is necessary to replace the CC TAG label regularly.
