CC TAG6 – Contract termination

The sending party is responsible for the handover of the delivered CC TAG6 labels to the retrieving party, for the contracts which are transferred. 

Please contact CC via your customer service/sales representative.  

• If you already have mounted the CCTAG6 labels. The removal of the CC TAG6 must be done by cutting the loop. The housing must stay intact. For cutting the steel loop you have to use steel cutting pliers. See added picture 

• If you have not mounted the CCTAG6 labels please pack them carefully, as you have received them and ship them back to CC. 

CC will request that you to collect your items before the 21st of December 2024, preferably earlier. 

1. If you do not collect your items in time, your account will be blocked as of the 6th of January 25 for collections, until you have posted the equivalent volume of un-used CC TAG6 labels to CC. 

1. For any CC Containers which were not collected before the 6th of January, CC will remove the CC TAG5 and mount the CC TAG6. When this occurs CC has the right to notprovide  compensation of 0,35 euro per CC Container base (compensation for the removal of the CC TAG5 and the mounting of a CC TAG6 label).
