A balance gives “the right to collect” of RTI items. Such as CC Container Bases and Shelves
Please make sure your Main Balance is not parked for too long, otherwise a storage fee may apply. Either you return for the termination of a contract, or you plan to collect at another depot or plan to transfer a balance to another CC customer.
Yes, if you have both types of balances available, you will be able to select which one you would like to use. To do so, select the desired transaction and follow the steps indicated, you will be given the option to choose between one or both balances.
Main balance allows you to collect or return on all CC depots for an additional fee and also the option to transfer it to another CC customer.
The Contract balance of an active contract can be planned free of charge by the customer at any CC depot within two weeks from the date of stipulation of a new contract. After this date your contract balance will automatically be added to your Main Balance if the collection has not been planned. A return to the contract balance (before the end of a contract) is also free of charge. After CC items have been returned to the contract balance, you can’t collect them anymore.
Yes, you can do a Balance Transfer from your Main balance to another CC customer.
Yes, receivers of the balance transfer will get a notification that CC items have been transferred to their account.
