Repair Quota
Keep moving — replace non-functional CC Shelves quickly and easily with CC’s Repair Quota.
What is the Repair Quota?
The Repair Quota is the CC Container Shelf repair allowance included in your annual Pool Fee that allows you to exchange non-functional CC Container Shelves for functional ones. The Repair Quota runs from 1st March of the year until the last day of February of the following year.

The repair quota gives you the right to exchange non-functional shelves for functional ones — helping keep your supply chain moving without interruption.

The shelf repair quota system gives each customer a clear, contract-based allowance. You know what you can repair and when.

By keeping functional CC Container Shelves in circulation and ensuring non-functional ones are repaired we reduce environmental waste.
- Flexibility for your network
You can transfer unused repair quota to partners that need to exchange shelves — giving you more flexibility in how you manage your operations.
Why a CC Shelf Repair Quota?
We all benefit from a strong, high quality and efficient pool of CC Container Shelves. In the CC Pool there are more container bases and shelves circulating than Pool Fee is paid for. For container bases, we have introduced the new CC TAG6 label to overcome this. For shelves, a label is not feasible so we introduced the shelf repair quota. The goal is the same: by sharing costs fairly between pool participants we make the CC Pool future proof.
How the Shelf Repair Quota Works
- Used at depots – When you return or exchange non-functional shelves
- Visible in My CC
- View your current Shelf Repair Quota by contract
- See usage history, remaining Repair Quota, and expiry dates
- View and download Shelf Repair Quota statements
- Transfer Shelf Repair Quota to other CC customers
Practical information
If you want to send in more shelves for repair than covered by our service, you have two options:
- Make arrangements with other CC customers to receive all or part of their repair quota through the quota transfer option in My CC
- Rent more shelves, or increase the number of shelves for which you pay an annual pool fee.
If those options are not applicable to your situation, the repair fee for each additional shelf is € 9,80.
